BAKER PART TIME

The Cake Gallery offers a supportive and friendly working environment that reflects our belief that a first-class cake boutique is best operated by great people.

We accept applications for all positions on an ongoing basis. When there is an opening, we review all applications submitted within the previous year for the best candidates.

Currently, there is 1 opening for a "Part Time" baker.

For individuals considering working as a part-time baker, here's an overview:

Here are the options for part-time baking: you'll either work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8am to 3pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8am to 3pm or Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm.

Your primary duties are to mix and/or bake all the current products at our bakery. This includes but is not limited to frostings, cakes, cookies, pies, bars, brownies, quick breads and danish pastry.

You will not be making donuts, puff pastry items or yeast breads.

This position is ideally suited for someone who has experience of being a baker at an established cake boutique, single or multi-unit bakery, grocery store bakery or home bakery. You will also be considered if you have recently graduated from a baking or culinary school or are willing to receive training to be a baker. 

You will not be scheduled to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Depending on knowledge and experience, you can earn up to $20 per hour.
