From time to time, I send out emails asking for comments, suggestions, or experiences. In this response, they are commenting on how the psychology aspect of the training helped them.

The reality is, the reason I took your training was so I could learn how to use psychology to convince more brides to choose me. I figured if I just got that and nothing else, I would be happy.

 

What I didn't expect to find was that the entire training revolved around the use of psychology. That was a cherry on-the-top. 

 

What I like best is you let bakers know which sales tools and techniques contain which psychological influences. It makes it simple to understand why it is effective, and why I should be doing it.

Separately, I have something to share about my experience using the referral method in your training. 

 

Besides booking more orders, I find the referrals are better, because they tend to be brides who don't mind spending more on their cakes. For me, that's a huge plus. I think it would be for others too.
